1. Beta Testing Disclaimer

Please note that school by nexxbit.io is currently in its BETA version. The application and its backend systems are undergoing active, continuous development and testing. Features, interfaces, database schemas, and performance indicators are subject to change without prior notice.

Users should expect occasional connection resets, data refreshes, or schema modifications during this phase. Backup utilities are provided in the Admin Dashboard, and administrators are encouraged to maintain independent exports of critical configurations.

2. Platform Eligibility

Usage of this platform is intended for schools, classrooms, parents, and students located in Malaysia. By registering an account, you represent that you are accessing the service in compliance with local regulations.

3. User Account Responsibilities

• Administrators and Teachers are responsible for maintaining classroom security codes.
• Parents are responsible for generating and resetting passwords for linked kid accounts.
• Sharing credentials or exploiting simulated application responses is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" during this beta period. Nexxbit and its developers (Mohar Studio) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential data resets or classroom session interruptions.
