In accordance with the **Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010**, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially students, teachers, and parents. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is secured, and who to contact regarding personal data.

2. Data We Collect

• For Teachers & Parents: Name, Username, Password (hashed), and a compulsory Email Address for security, authentication, and password recovery.
• For Students / Kids: Name, Username, Password (hashed), Gender, and School details. Student registrations are linked securely to their parent's profile.
• Platform Activity: Scores, accuracy, time spent practicing, and classroom associations.

3. Children's Data Safeguards

Student accounts are created either by parent linkage or by teacher invites. We do not run advertisements, collect marketing profiles, or track student data for commercial analytics. All practicing scores and records are accessible exclusively by the linked parent, classroom teacher, and platform administrators.

4. Ongoing Beta Notice

During the ongoing development and testing phase, data profiles may be reset or restored from backup snapshots. Restores can be initiated either by platform admins or parents. Inquiries regarding data correction or account deletion requests should be directed to the support address below.
